    'Quantum of Solace' Multiplayer Game Wins Award

    According to a recent update from PC World, the Quantum of Solace game recently won an award at the FITC Design & Technology Festival in Toronto, Canada.

    The event, which is geared towards the Flash development community, took place this past Wednesday, 27 April. In the Best Game category, honours went to James Bond: Quantum of Solace Multiplayer Game by Big Spaceship, which beat out both Hotel 626 and Ubisoft’s Rabbid Droppings.

    Quantum of Solace is the debut James Bond game from Activision and is developed by Treyarch, Eurocom, Beenox and Vicarious Visions. Featuring the likeness of Daniel Craig as 007 and based on the Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace films, it combines a first-person shooter format with third-person cover combat. Quantum of Solace was released on 31 October 2008 (UK) / 4 November (US) on the following formats: PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 2, Nintendo DS and Windows PC.
