Still labeled by many 007 fans as the best James Bond game ever, the popular GoldenEye 007 may be making a big comeback – reports HEXUS.

In an interview with MTV, Nintendo of America President, Reggie Fils-Aime has revealed that his company is doing everything in their power to bring back the GoldenEye 007 game for the new Wii console, which was released only a few days ago.

‘Would I love to see it on virtual console? Absolutely. But there are a lot of issues there,’ he said. ‘Suffice it to say we would love to see it, so we’re exploring all the rights issues.’

What some of these issues entail is that both Microsoft (which purchased U.K.based Rare Ltd, the company behind GoldenEye 007) and Activision, the current holder of the Bond video game rights, would have to agree on this title being released once more.

    Time will tell…
