Clive Owen Denies Being 6th 007

In an interview with the Chicago Sun Times, Clive Owen has officially denied all the rumors surrounding his succession to the throne of Bond once Pierce Brosnan retires after filming the as of now untitled Bond 21.
“It’s just continued speculation…Me becoming the next Bond has become so common that when I read the rumors I even shake my head.”
If that wasn’t enough to make the point, Owen added, “Let me just tell you that there has never been an official approach from the Bond people toward me. And since that is the case, there is no point in me wasting time thinking about it.”
