New ‘Quantum of Solace’ Poster Artwork Revealed

Plus: Official soundtrack available for pre-order

A listing for the official Quantum of Solace soundtrack has appeared online at Amazon.com and accompanying that is artwork that will likely turn out to be the new poster for the film.

This newly released artwork features Daniel Craig’s James Bond and Olga Kurlenko’s Camille standing side-by-side in a moody desert setting (much like that featured in the two teaser posters). The two characters are given equal space on the cover, while Dominic Greene’s headquarters can be seen in the distance.

As earlier reported on CommanderBond.net, David Arnold’s Quantum of Solace score will be released on Tuesday, 28 October by J Records. 007 fans can currently pre-order the soundtrack from Amazon.com.

Quantum of Solace is the 22nd James Bond 007 film produced by franchise holders Eon Productions. Daniel Craig returns from 2006′s Casino Royale to play James Bond. Quantum of Solace is directed by Marc Forster and scripted by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and Paul Haggis (with an additional polish by Joshua Zetumer). Locations include Panama, Peru, Chile, Italy, Austria and the UK. The MGM/Columbia Pictures production began shooting on 2 January and is scheduled for release on 31 October 2008 in the UK and 14 November in the United States.

Quantum of Solace co-stars Mathieu Amalric, Olga Kurylenko, Anatole Taubman, Gemma Arterton, Joaquín Cosio, Dame Judi Dench, Jesper Christensen, Giancarlo Giannini, and Jeffrey Wright.
