As a note, a big problem for AWTD (IMO) is the fact that parts of the song have what I call a definitive "cringe" factor. That is, there are parts of the song that I do not simply dislike, there are parts of the song that make me want to turn it off. Does anyone else experience a cringe factor with any part of AWTD?
Anyway, the #26 spot seems more due to the fact that it is Bond related and not because of the song itself. I suspect it would be much lower if it was not Bond related. Please visit my new web page... www.anotherwaytodieisnotabondsong.com ![]() |

This means it has already done better than the following:-
Thunderball Diamonds are Forever TMWTGG Moonraker All Time High The UK chart has changed in the last 2 years to include downloads, and so I expect it to climb over the next few weeks and will probably peak as the movie is released. Compare it to Madonna's Die Another Day which entered the UK chart at No.3 but then fell. ![]() --DaveBond21--
Ah, Mr Bond, perhaps you would like to make love to my mistress before I have you killed? Muhhahhh....ha ha ha ha....... |

Oh yeah, I'm with you there my friend. As a whole I don't really hate the song, I just don't really like it. If anything, I find it rather average. There are times when I began to enjoy it, but then it stumbles into several cringe inducing sections and that just take me out of it. The song needs a remix of some sort. |

Agreed, I like certain bits very much but the others are simply cringe worthy. However I do feel that after watching the film it will be a different for me as I also did not like 'You Know My Name' until quite recently. But that song has some nice lyrics. |
