The Sun is a terrible piece of junk, but it does seem like this article can be believed. It's an interview, after all - not the Sun making unsubstantiated statements.

True or not true. That is the question.
Although I love the naked women in Bond titles, I would've hoped they'd try something different. Like they did with Casino Royale's titles. Titties in titles don't get you any closer to Oscar nomination

Despite The Sun being tabloid trash, this seems genuine. They do go too far sometimes but they don't print outright lies about things like this.

Hopefully MK12 makes them look as sexy as they should (and probably are in real life), because the Brosnan era just made them look stupid. Kleinman's CR titles are probably my favorite of the series, but the rest of his are my least favorites. He just didn't know what to do with those dancing women.

Erm, this is old news, isn't it? I thought we'd all been aware for ages that the scantily-clad dames would return for the title sequence. Can't remember where the news originally came from, though. In any case, Harmsway and The Sun are correct.
