The top 10 are all good stunts, but I would say the ski jump from TSWLM is the best ever.

To be honest, I was a little surprised to see the crane jump listed at #1. Still, that's not to take away from the entire opening of Casino Royale, which is truly off the wall.

To be honest, I was a little surprised to see the crane jump listed at #1. Still, that's not to take away from the entire opening of Casino Royale, which is truly off the wall. As was mentioned on another thread on that show ranking the best of Bond, it's usually a matter of what's newest and fresh in people's minds. Personally, I'd have the GE dam jump and the MR parachute stunt in my top 3. And can somebody explain how the Aston Martin ejector seat counts as a stunt? ![]() "You didn't think I'd miss this performance, did you?"

And can somebody explain how the Aston Martin ejector seat counts as a stunt? It does look like some leeway is required when examining the choices on the list. The ski chase from On Her Majesty’s Secret Service is a truly stunning sequence, but not necessarily one big stunt. ![]() |

Most oF those are best action sequences. The top 5 sunts IMO would be.
Parachute from TSWLM Barrel roll TMWTGG Barrel roll CR Cargo net TLD Parachute AVTAK There are a lot of stunts that go into making up a good sequence but there are some that just really stand out on their own for sheer bravery. ![]() “For about twenty-five percent of a woman’s life between puberty and the menopause she is unavailable, even to a James Bond. No. Surely not! The crane jump? Yes, it's a great stunt, but number one?
To me, the car 360 roll in TMWTGG is not only the best stunt in any Bond film, but the best stunt in any film. It's not just that it looks good, it's the skill and planning involved in its execution. |

What? No Jinx diving backwards off an incredibly high cliff?
I'm stunned! Seriously, one of the coolest things i've seen in the world of Bond is three surfers riding a single wave of Jaws in the same shot. Same movie. |

Ejector Seat #6??? I didn't find this a very interesting stunt. Somewhat forgetable IMO.
