'Quantum of Solace' - Official Blog Report #15

Discussion with unit nurse Jeanie Udall

I think some joked about having an interview with the nurse a few weeks ago! I wonder how many more of these we have in store. In many ways, despite them being very late, I think I preferred the Yarborough blog.

As Michael Wilson said there would be one from the unit nurse in his introductory talk to camera it shouldn’t have been too much of a laugh.


I think they are fascinating little insight into what goes on, on many levels.

Also, we get nice glimpses of what is being filmed, love the shot in this report of

Bond and Camille getting onto a bus in evening clothes in the desert,

for example

I felt this was a very dull Blog indeed, they all are! (With the exception of the Simon Crane one).

The only highlight was the shot of Bond and Camille getting on the bus, In evening dress like Shrublands just said.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm fascinated by all the little things that go into creating a seamless unit and a finished film...

I’m not a fan of these things. It is at least something, but they mostly are a whole lot of nothing.

Anyone notice the clip of Bond and Camille getting on the bus in Chile?

I love the look of those locations - stunning!

I found this to be the weakest of the blogs thus far, actually. I hate how the recycled music and clips that we've seen in EVERY single blog before keep getting recycled and basically take up half of the minute and thirty or so seconds of content.

Time for them to kick it up a notch.
