I don't think the test will be a problem. I guess if he decides to go for it (and I think he will), he will be given a special personal training by the Royal Marines, and when they're 100% sure he'll pass the tests, they call the press.

I hope he does go for it. I don't think he'd have any problems with the endurance test. And like MkB said, they'd probably make sure was more than ready before having him even attempt the test. It would be a good bit of PR, not only for him but the Royal Marines if he does go for it, and it goes well.
