Now on the CBn main page...
Saw something somewhere which suggest that Greene and Elvis are family. Cousins, specifically. Anyone else here heard this? [If this is known in another thread then the mods can consolitate/ammalgamate.] |

It was mentioned in a report on Austrian media (ORF) some days ago that they are cousins

Hmmm based on the Anatole Taubman's interview from Qwerty's link, it sounds pretty interesting where they are taking Elvis and Dominic Greene, that being Elvis is "self-absorbed" and that they both bring together "a colorful tapestry."
So far from what we know/what little we know lol This post has been edited by Jimbo007: 15 May 2008 - 05:24 ![]() Your Enemy's Enemy Is Your Friend

I'm liking the notion that they're related by blood. I think the fact that they're cousins as opposed to brothers is a step in the right direct, too. After all, we've never seen villains who are related other than Mischka and Grischka in Octopussy, an they didn't even qualify as secondary villains; they were basically there to show Orlov and Khan as having people inside Octopussy's circus that Octopussy herself was unaware of.

And here I was thinking they'd be lovers.
Are they really going to spend that much time on character development - for it to matter that they are cousins? Or is it just a neat little link to explain why someone gets a bit pissed off when one or the other gets killed by Bond? ![]() ![]() |

I guess they could be cousins and lovers - doesn't really count as incest.

I think it's more along the lines of Godfather~ish family. Must we always assume that the relationship is to be sexual?
What new trail would that blaze? Where is the different thinking in that? We have gone on and on and on about this. If it's not Dario and Sanchez, it's Zao and Graves...and if it's not the Korean pair, then it's Le Chiffre and his hench. If it's not May Day and Jenny Flex, it's Pussy and the girls from her Flying Circus. It's getting a little stale, i'd say. |

Never thought about this. I guess Graves was a bit too pretty for a boy... Le Chiffre was meant to have some gay undertones, according to Mikkelsen, so I guess that's a given. May Day clearly did have a soft spot for Jenny Flex... not sure it was anything more than platonic though. Pussy and the girls were lesbians, weren't they? I seem to recall Pussy being pretty much outed by Fleming. As to Dom and Elvis... let's wait and see. ![]() ![]() |
