CAPA has just announced that Thunderball will be the opening film for the CAPA summer movie series this year! Anybody going to be in the Columbus area the first week in June?

Right now that doesn't look like a good weekend for me, but I'll try to get creative and see if I can make it work...

Oooohhhh, Thunderball is a nice choice to kick off the summer. I'll need to get to work on clearing the work calendar. Double-0-7, I shot you a PM.

While 2:00 PM doesn't sound like a great time for a movie, doing the Sunday afternoon show might make this opportunity more feasible for you. The good professor is checking his options now, so nothing is out of the question yet. PS Bond Girl, your bottle of Lillet perked-up when it heard you may come visit! ![]() |

CAPA has just announced that Thunderball will be the opening film for the CAPA summer movie series this year! Anybody going to be in the Columbus area the first week in June? I live just down I-70 in Springfield and have been through Columbus twice in the last four days. I will make it a point to be there for my favorite Bond film. I missed the Dr. No showing last year and won't miss this. Glad to see it isn't just the big cities like New York and London getting to see classic Bond on the big screen. Like Robert De Niro says in Goodfellas "It's gonna' be a good summer." ![]() "You didn't think I'd miss this performance, did you?"

The good professor is checking his options now, so nothing is out of the question yet. I have some obligations that weekend that may be rather difficult to get out of, so don't worry about accomodating me in your plans. If I can make it I will, but it's looking unlikely at this point. ![]() |

Oooohhhh, Thunderball is a nice choice to kick off the summer. Definitely. They've got a pretty interesting film line-up as a whole, but I am a little bit surprised to see a few Christmas films listed during the month of July! ![]() |

Somehow I missed this topic the first time around, but I think I can swing it this time. I'm certainly looking forward to it.

Too bad, Kilroy... Double-0-7 hosts a heck of a good time!
Still looks unlikely for me too, but I haven't thrown in the towel completely... ![]() |
