James Bond drinking a can of Coke Zero??
I guess he'll jus blast a lorry full of Coke Zero cans (like with Perrier in Goldeneye)... Which would be fully deserved! ![]() The Mercurius Affair: A James Bond novella - A tribute to Ian Fleming's creation

I'd say the source is referring to the fact that, in most territories, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment have begun distributing MGM product again. But I could be wrong. He means Twentieth Century Fox have begun distributing MGM product again, not Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, they don’t theatrically distribute films as the name suggests. |

I doubt we'll see Bond himself taking a slug from a can of Coke Zero (though it's hilarious to imagine), so I don't see a big deal. It's a real product that real people drink (I happen to, myself), so I don't see any issue.
But what's this "back to 20th C. Fox" deal? And is that scooper just trying to generate hype by making it sound like Craig's tenure could be in jeopardy? Sounds like a load of bull, to quote a mastermind. ![]() |

I just wished there were no product placement at all.
But I think that's utopic. I can only hope it is done the most subtle way possible. ![]() ![]() |

Certainly consistent w/ the original Ian Fleming, who used "product placements" to enhance the reality of his novels. And, if memory serves, didn't Honey drink a Coke provided by Doctor No in the book?
