Sounds good. The Aston was terribly underused in Casino Royale.

Car chase. All I need to know. Nothing but the film itself will prove if it's a good one. Fingers crossed.

I like how he says, "fortunately, I don’t think we’re going to be going for any more records."

After that canon roll I don't blame the guy a bit. Not one bit.

I was actually thrilled we finally got some sort of break from the cars in the series. Every single Bond film doesn't need a mega car chase, in my opinion.

The truly impressive canon roll in Casino Royale worked just fine for me. cool.gif

Agreed. The lack of car related action was refreshing. I do, however, hope that we'll get a traditional car chase in QUANTUM OF SOLACE. After all the chases that featured some form of gimmick during the Brosnan films (GE- tank chase, TND- car chase in parking garage, TWINE-no chase, DAD- car chase on frozen lake with invisible car), it would be nice to see a car chase that does not rely on gadgets or gimmicks but rather just on Bond's driving ability.

Yep; something like Moonraker, perhaps? wink.gif

Absolutely. I'd love a chase sequence with no gadgets at all. Something showing Bond's skill behind the wheel. A down to earth car chase with fantastic stunts but NOTHING impossible or rediculous (like flipping the car over using an eject button).

DADDY BOND? 'CAUSE I'VE GOT LOTS OF KIDS. . .005 OF THEM!

I enjoy Bond, but Bond's not my life. . .
