First Look at New Corgi Figures

	Corgi's James Bond Action Figures Previewed Collection includes 'Quantum of Solace' figures due September 2008 The toy site Actionfigure.com has up some photos of Corgi's new line of James Bond figures, as seen at the UK Toy Fair. I have to say they look very nice. So far just Daniel Craig, Mads and Eva, but there are "placeholders" for Moore, Connery, Scaramanga, Oddjob and Jaws. Oh, and cars. Corgi does cars, too, right? 	After so long waiting for a Sideshow Craig figure, these have pulled the rug from under my feet. I'm much more into this kind of action figure - I find their poses and appearances far more striking. These look so cool - I want every single one!

	Well, maybe it's just me, but I don't like the artistic quality of these very much. WHY "DADDY BOND"? BECAUSE GOD HAS BLESSED ME WITH LOTS OF KIDS. . .006 OF THEM! I enjoy Bond, but Bond's not my life. . .God is!

I've mentioned "Elvis" briefly, but to me it reeks of a mistake of some sort (a misspelled character name or an outright error).

	I just hope these get released in the USA, but I'm afraid they'll be imports, available only at speciality shops, and cost 15 bucks for seven dollar figures.
