http://uk.movies.ign.com/articles/847/847944p1.html I’m very reassured by the… IGN:And the gadgets? After the “more gadgets this time” remark at the press conference, I think that and the “twice the action" was just a producer hyping his product for the media. Seems the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. Way to keep up family tradition, Mike!

Moved to spoilers, although arguably such spoilers as there are confirm what's not in it as much as what's in it.

Nice to know they're not big on the gadgets.
What's really great is how focused Forster is: "We wanted a director who would work with the actors and attract great actors. Marc is also incredibly well prepared. He's the most prepared director I've ever worked with. Every scene in the picture has been planned – he's put all the camera positions in even. Everyone on the crew looks like geniuses – no one ever looks bad – because everybody knows what the next shot is, everyone's preparing for the next shot. No one ever gets caught out. It's the most calm, friendly set that you've ever been on. It's amazing." ![]() |

I was about to bring up that same point, Harms. It's very exciting to see that the director has so meticulously planned the shoot. I'm expecting a wonderfully new and different style on this one. And with such a "calm" shooting environment, everyone involved will have the best chance they can to deliver the material to the best of its potential. Great find, shrub.

After the “more gadgets this time” remark at the press conference, I think that and the “twice” the action was just a producer hyping his product for the media. I think we knew that all along. Twice the action, in a movie that is just 120 mins. Hype! But, that's ok. ![]() ![]() "Heads I win, tails you die......" |

Twice the action was a quote directed to Joe Schmuck from middle west america the guy who think Rambo as too much talk and Die Hard 1 not enough action and that Terminator drags a bit in the parts where the girl talks, but Chuck Norris TV series are best.

Just watched THE KITE RUNNER and thought about what a daunting prospect that must have been to direct. Forster seems like a fantastic director, and the Bond franchise is lucky to have him.
