I have a 360, and I'm pretty sure once you download it, it is yours to keep..however I could be wrong. But, maybe this will bring about James Bond Gamer pictures!

The publisher of the game has the ability to set it to expire if they want but I believe most don't expire. You will probably lose online playing ability if the publisher pulls their games or decides to stop supporting it. I believe EA did this a while back but I can't remember the game.
Movies rentals, on the other hand, are different. You have 14 days from the date you download it to watch it. Once you start watching it, you then have 24 hours to watch it. My biggest gripe with the Xbox marketplace is the point system. I know why they do it but I'd just prefer to see the cash equivalent of what I'm buying.  |

Yeah I actually watched the trailer for Die Another Day over Xbox Live yesterday.
Both DAD and TWINE come in two flavors. 480p Standard Definition: 240pts 720p High Definition: 360pts 100 Microsoft points is $1.25 or £0.85. I don't know how many people actually rent movies over Xbox Live. I think it's pretty expensive and I hate the nonsensical point system. Rumor is that Netflix and XBL are teaming up, which could be awesome. I'd love to see that.  |

The 720p HD version of Die Another Day is a 6 gigabyte download. I just watched Die Another Day recently so I'm not sure I'm mentally prepared to watch it again so soon. Can't wait until they add more.
