Well I'd imagine they do have citizenship, they've been here so long; but even if they don't foreigners can have honourary, er, honours. Bob Geldof and Steven Spielberg are two examples of honourary knighthoods; not being British they don't call themselves Sir Bob and Sir Steven, however. I'm not sure about Michael but im pretty sure Barbara has british citizenship. well, anyway, congrats to them both.
