Agreed. Hardly the best selection of nominees there. If Depp or Craig don't win then that would make these awards even more of a farce.

I don't know. Given it's (primarily) the British public voting, I wouldn't rule out Harry Potter sweeping the awards, particularly being so fresh in everyone's minds following the release of the new book and film.
(Oh, and I do agree that this is another rather pointless ITV production, but it is a touch refreshing to see a more mainstream and popular selection of nominations than the increasingly tiresome and predictable pictures Oscar gives the nod to.) |

Another awards event and another win for Casino Royale... shouldn't be too surprising at this point.
