Not necessarily. Even though their respective tones are somewhat different, they both feature a "renegade" Bond.

I was approached by a gentleman by the name of Clive Young who is writing a book called HOMEMADE HOLLYWOOD. He asked if he could show a short segment of my 1978 homemade movie MOONRAKER at the Hofstra University symposium.
