WTF???
The man is only 39 years old. He's been doing television and movies for both the Hollywood and British film industries for at least 16 to 17 years. And he only has one hit Bond movie under his belt. He only became a major star about . . . oh, three or four years ago. And now they want to write at least two biographies on him? Jeez! Jumping the gun, much? ![]() "I am now aiming precisely at your groin. So speak or forever hold your piece."

And now they want to write at least two biographies on him? Jeez! Jumping the gun, much? I'm sure his debut in Casino Royale as Bond was the driving factor in the release of these books. As already pointed out, he's basically just getting going in his film career. ![]() |

I honestly am not interested in reading what will probably be quickie bios made up of previous interviews and cobbled bits and pieces. I've read a couple of the Connery bios in the past and that's basically what they were.
I don't find it surprising at all that two bios of Craig are coming out considering all the star/celebrity bios available after somebody hits it big. Bookstores, and later closeout bookstores. are littered with these things. Few offer anything more than what has already been said by other publications all collected in one place. ![]() "You didn't think I'd miss this performance, did you?"

These to me are not worth the paper they are printed on but there will always be an audience. Sure he's great and does great work, bbut his body of work is not large enough and his impact is not widespeard enough that he needs two.
I'm not against people doing his bio, but wait a couple years till there's more to say. ![]() I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine. - Ayn Rand

And still no sign of a Timothy Dalton biography, unless you count the one I wrote & drew back in 1991 for Personality Comics.

I have a couple copies of that in my collection. It was one of the few new Bond products that came out in that dark 6-year gap between LTK and GE that kept us fans going. ![]() "You didn't think I'd miss this performance, did you?"

It was one of the few new Bond products that came out in that dark 6-year gap between LTK and GE that kept us fans going. Thanks. I certainly lucked out with that assignment. Talk about being at the right place at the right time. I was able to draw the Connery issue, and write/draw the Moore & Dalton issues. Because there was no Dalton biography available, I had to cobble together as much facts as I could from articles & interviews w/Dalton in Bondage & 007 Magazine. ![]() ![]() |
