The Empire awards have usually been a pretty decent sort of affair; shame they don't appear to be holding a ceremony this time around (if I read that correctly).
I'm pretty sure that Pierce Brosnan won their Best Actor award for TWINE in 1999. Might be wrong about that but I seem to remember it. "There was a violent cruelty, a pathological desire to wound, quite near the surface in the man." CBn: ...we have people everywhere Only James Bond is James Bond. |
