Film Forum's Vintage 007

Figured I'd start a thread on this quick news item. I definitely plan on seeing most of the films listed. Any other tri-state area CBners planning on going? A few words of warning if you've never been to the Film Forum before-their screens are small, and the ticket prices leave something to be desired.

Oh man...I've been kicking myself for missing OHMSS a few years back in NYC. Now they have most of them. But why not Moonraker? Thats hate man. smile.gif

Indeed. Seems a bit odd to miss out on that one, but include 1967's Casino Royale and Never Say Never Again.

I went Friday for Goldfinger. The print was good, and it included the "James Bond will be back 'On Her Majesty's Secret Sevice'" tag line during the end credits.

Caught "The Silencers" there today. Pretty good print.

Am I the only NYC-based CBner going to this "film festival"?

I saw YOLT Friday, and Thunderball today. Seems like I was the only NYC-based CBner who went to this festival.

Wow. A Bond movie feast that manages to include those 2 plus A View to a Kill but somehow omits Moonraker, The Living Daylights and Licence to Kill????
