Interesting, I didn't know it was a final three of Craig, Cavill, and Worthington. No doubt those other two will feature prominently in the casting rumors of Bond no. 7.

I think Henry Cavill will play Bond at some point in his career.
Funny to hear about David Walliams, who is such a big Bond fan. I met David Walliams recently, he was quiet and shy. ![]() --DaveBond21--
Ah, Mr Bond, perhaps you would like to make love to my mistress before I have you killed? Muhhahhh....ha ha ha ha....... |

The picture I saw of Worthington, (before Craig got the part) reminded me of a young Pierce Brosnan, circa Remington Steele days.
I wonder if Babs and Mikey would go for another look a like Brosnan clone, after Craig has relinquished the role? Interesting that Arnold was there at the screen tests. It`s well documented that the two scenes used to test a potential Bond actor is the Bond/Tania bedroom meeting scene in FRWL,(which already has a cue by Barry for that scene) and the other is the OHMSS hotel room fight scene, (which doesn`t have any music). I wonder what cues Arnold used for these scenes, and whether they were new compositions or not. Somehow, I can`t see any music, (different or otherwise) being used for these scenes, as wouldn`t it put the actors off their game? It seems strange that Arnold was invited to the tests, as I haven`t heard of any other Bond composer being at the screen test of the previous 5 actors. Is all this just bunk from Arnold, to keep himself in the CR limelight, or is he on the level? Best Andy This post has been edited by Auric64: 22 March 2007 - 07:35 ![]() Auric64

I take it that he scores the scenes after they have been shot, just like the movie. Screentests are done as professionally as the actual movie, and after they have been shot they are scored and all the special effects and sound effects are put in. |

Fascinating- I'd love to see these! But the screentests never seem to come light, sadly...

Is all this just bunk from Arnold, to keep himself in the CR limelight, or is he on the level? If it's bunk, it would seem a fantastically quick way of getting himself out of the limelight: his employees would probably fire him for inventing stories. ![]() Author of the Cold War spy thriller FREE AGENT THE DARK AGE BEGINS MAY 5 2009 |

Well there were so many "reportedly" and "may" candidates over the whole year, you sort of stop taking them seriously after a while. We had the Final Four for so long, the whole thing became a bit of a joke. |

I could care less if they're a Brosnan clone as long as they can act better. But then again, wouldn't be much of Brosnan clone now would it?
