Haven't received my Amazon copy, but I did get a look at this paperback in a bookstore today. I've been holding out hope that there would be some surprise and something to this TK illustrator listing (despite what Disney told me). Nope. The book is identical to the hardcover. (It does have the addition of a critic's quote on the cover, so at least that will distinguish it as the paperback in my cover gallery). Furthermore, the book is touch taller than the SilverFin paperback, so that's gonna look a little wonky on the shelf. No mention of DoD as “coming XXX.” Oh, well.

I think collectors got a bit spoiled with the SilverFin releases. tongue.gif We had the international paperback, the Scholastic "special edition" US paperback and the US proof with totally different cover artwork.
