What a great interview, so lovely to see Tim so enthusiastic about Hot Fuzz, I hope this means more high profile roles for Tim he's been away from the big screen for too long.

He seems such a nice down to earth guy, always loved him as Bond and it's great through Daniel Craig's performance that he's starting to get some praise for his tenure as 007.

Kudos to Simon Pegg & Edgar Wright for casting Tim in the role, he looks like he had a ball doing it, can't wait to see it, unfortunately I have to wait till next Wednesday, hope everyone enjoys it as well, Shaun was genius.

Down to earth, funny, educated and a great actor to boot!

Anyone remember Flash Gordon?!

Thanks for this Royal Dalton.

I was overjoyed seeing that big smile on Tim's face when he said what a great film CR is.

He seems genuinely happy that the series is heading back in the direction that he took it in, in 89.

And the host, for once, was quite informed about Dalton's tenure and how his Bond paved the way for Craig.

Wonderful stuff.

The man is a legend. Hope the film does well enough to give him the praise he deserves. Like Sanchez said " You have class".

Dalton is an amazing actor. I'd like to see him playing a good guy a bit more. Seems like he's been playing a lot of villians, post Bond.

Not only do I remember it, I clearly recall seeing it and suddenly thinking 'that man was born to play Bond'. Although I'd been aware of him previously in his period roles. He is one of our greats, to be sure.

You know I never noticed that till then. Like full on, he doesnt look like he's aged at all since LTK. Unlike poor Rog and Sean who got the beating of their lives by father Time.

Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright did. Apparently they were more excited at having Prince Barin in their midst than James Bond! biggrin.gif

Loved this interview ( and the BBC Breakfast one). Thought Tim was terrific. It was fabulous to hear him talk so enthusiastically and genuinely about Craig and CR as well. It was a shame the interview had to end when it did.
