I think it's possible given the strong showing in China and still six weeks to go before it hits DVD in the USA.

I dunno, I'd say about $585,000,000 with China, seems to be slowing now, only getting about $2/3m per week without China.

They should push it. Get it to $600 million. $2 million a day -- in 50 days that's $100 million.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: It's gonna be close.
It's only got about 27m to go. It's gonna probably get half that from China - hopefully. The rest it'll have to scrounge for in (mainly) the US, Britain, Germany and Italy. It can do it, but as said, it's going to be close. It'd be nice to see it bump Live and Let Die. It'd probably have to do about $603 or so for that. (maybe.. have to check my math)  |

It'd be fantastic, but I don't think it will quite make it judging by the weekly progression at the box office. $585-$590 million sounds about right to me.

Same, China will have to do brilliant business as well as other foreign markets having a final burst (Casino Royale winning the BAFTA for example)
