In Bond-obsessed Britain, this premiere has made the TV news. On one report I saw, to make the point that CASINO ROYALE and other Hollywood films face an uphill battle against the bootleggers, they took a camera into a pirate DVD shop and picked an illegal copy of CR off the shelf. I noticed that Tsai Chin's name was on the cover next to Craig's, as though she were one of the main stars of the film! (They also showed a bootleg box set of the Bonds in rather cool packaging that I hadn't seen before.)
