http://www.youngbond.com I don't know about the US section, but the UK has 2 extracts that you can read on the site. Click on the books on the desk (About the Books), clicking on View Characters shows a small conversation between Bond and a tutor, with a nice hint to Bond's later life, and there is a different extract which can be read on the site or here http://www.youngbond.com/extract_book3.pdf.  |

It doesn't mention Double or Die at all on the US site. You can jump back and forth by going up to the top right hand corner and clicking the flag.
On the UK site you can also view the characters drawn by Kev Walker. Neat stuff. Really can't wait for the graphic novels and stuff like this makes me wonder how far along Walker is. The SilverFin one is coming in May 08, but how long will we have to wait for Blood Fever etc?  |

It's interesting that Puffin seems to be promoting the gambling aspect of the book. Influence of Casino Royale maybe?
The description of the boxing match in that extract is very cool and creepy. |

To be honest when I was going through the characters I didn't even make the connection that that was Bond. It's been like 6 months.
 Granted he's supposed to look older than he is - in 3 years he passes himself off as 19 years old. So..Kinda has a Daniel Craig-ish look to him. Maybe it's because he just looks pissed. I do love the style though. Always have. Very cool. |

His face is starting to look a lot like the McClusky Bond. Be cool to evolve the illustrated Young Bond into the classic illustrated Bond. |
