Not really surprised by this. I think it's too early for a genuine approach being made to a band, but I am quite happy to see that The Killers would genuinely consider any offer made.

Agreed. It's funny how some site started this rumour and it spread to hundreds of others.

I will be performing the next title song due to the popularity of my "You Know My Name" YouTube video.

No thanks, he did a great job, but I don't thikn we need a singer do the themes two film in a row. Let's get some variety.

I agree. Dido or U2 are my picks for Bond 22.

Addressing and debunking the rumor could win them points with EON, too.

When that happened he knew he too would be branded with the deadly question-mark he recognized so often in others, the promise to pay before you have lost: the acceptance of fallibility." -Casino Royale, by Ian Fleming

That's exactly what I thought. No thanks.
I would like to see Beth Gibbons of Portishead, or Portishead altogether.

They have a good sound, but a weak vocalist in my opinion. And those are not particularly good ingredients for a Bond theme.

mad.gif The media really piss me off. Why do they just make up rubbish. If they think they can fool us fans than they are stupid. As being a big Bond fan for nearly 10 years now, I can truly say that it is way to early for EON to approach any song artists for the next film.

For starters no script of Bond 22 has been released. We do not know who else will star in Bond 22, and we don't even know the title. Surly EON productions have got alot more things to sort out before approaching an artist. Isn't about [censored]ing time the media realise this instead of bringing out [censored] mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

I should say the artist will be annouced spring/summer time of 2008
