Would have preferred Don Perignon but that won't happen. Atleast it isn't a totally new brand that will be in the film. Moonraker was the first Bond film to feature Bollinger if I remember correctly. I recall Bond drinking Don Perignon in the little sea capsule at the end of TSWLM (1977) with Major Amasova. The last time Don Perignon was to feature in a Bond film.

Dom ain't what it used to be, anyway...
![]() AWARD FOR NERDIEST FAN FICTION: In Jacques Stewart's magnum opus Just Another Kill, Bond contemplates eating his victim: "Meat. All the man was. All the man would be. Lowering his right eye (?) to the greased rim of the sniper's glass, James Bond rationalised, so far as he needed to, that meat was all that the man, still standing on the shoreline, had ever been." And it goes ON! Thanks Jacques Stewart, you meathead!

Its a good year 1990 - not to sound like the big-headed conisseur Love that pic though, be a great ad shot. You sound like me... A huge Champagne drinker here... ![]() ![]() |

The last time Bollinger was featured in a Bond movie was AVTAK, wasn't it?

Check out the article. It mentions an appearance in such films as Moonraker, GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, and The World Is Not Enough.

The World Is Not Enough. Yes, you get a close-up on a bottle, in an ice bucket, next to Electra’s bed. That was the last time it was prominently featured, as I recall, but I bet there is a bottle or two in DAD. I tend to block most of that film out of my memory. |
