245 GBP is the price for the shirt and tie. The box has the Bond silhoutte on it, as well as the paper wrap surrounding the shirt inside the box. The shirt itself is simply a white tuxedo shirt. Nothing more, other than made by clothiers of the Royal Family and their association with Bond since the 1960's.
