I want to thank Zencat for posting a link to this exhibit. I live in NY and had not heard about it. It has already open, and will run through July 11th at the Posteritati Gallery, located at 239 Centre Street between Broome & Grand Streets.
Any NY CBners besides myself going?   |

Still pretty far for me, being at pretty much the other side of the state, but who knows what the summer will bring...

Why don't they ever do a display of the original art that the posters were made from? Original Mcginnis, Peak, etc, now that would be worthy of a museum display.

Well, it's accessible from my 'burbs, and it's a great neighborhood to visit. Maybe I'll make a day of it with The Boy once school is out.
Qwerty, you up near Sherman? I visit there every summer. I know a great restaurant in Karachi.
