Ooh- original stuff. I've read the synopses of these and never seem very good, sadly; but I'm much more interested in taking a look at these than the novel adaptations. All I can think of when I read them is that if I'm going to spend time reading these, I may as well read the novel.

I agree, MarkT. I'm much more excited about these original stories than the novel adaptations (most of which had already been reprinted). These are like bonus continuation novels. I didn't get all the Titan novel adaptations, but I'm definitely getting these original adventures.

Excellent! By far the best title choice for the collection from these four available stories.

Every single one of these collections have been fantastic so far. I'm definitely looking forward to this and all future ones.

Incidentally, has anyone heard from Red Grant recently? He used to pop up talking about these books and I'd love to know if his excellent website is ever likely to return.

I'm amazed that they've released so many of these. I was pretty sure Titan would've stopped after the Fleming adaptations. I have a bad feeling that they'll stop at the end of series 3 (after Ape of Diamonds). How many more do you think they'll release?

They haven't let me down yet. I really hope they keep going (even after the final story of Series 3).

The only thing that bothers me about all thi is that we in the US have to wait so much longer for these new editions. Sure, I could order them from Amazon.uk but, that pretty much nullifies the discounted price factor.

That bothers me too. Maybe someone should write to Titan and ask if they would be willing to release the future Bond strips in the US at the same time as (or very soon after) they are released in the UK. Six months is too long a wait.

Don't you have a local Comic store that can get them for you? Diamond distributes to the US. I have a buddy who runs a comic store who gets them from Diamond as soon as they are released in the UK. I just checked with him today and he says he'll have The Golden Ghost around April 26.

Really? I did not know that. I'll ask Thursday.

Y'know, it occurs to me that, if I can get it ordered from Diamond via my comic store, that I will have to pay retail for these books, instead of the discounted Amazon price. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.

There are a bunch of forums asking the same question - did anyone have an email for him that wasn't dependent on the art of.. domain being active?

Curious he hasn't popped up giving an explanation. Perhaps he has been bopped over the bean by image copyright holders.

Discounted Amazon price? Barely- I ordered it from Play.com who are quite a bit cheaper. I'm sure some others are but I couldn't be bothered to search. Amazon are rarely the cheapest, though.
