This is tooooo cool!
Congrats to Raymond. A cool guy deserves a cool museum. I don't know whatever became of the "Bond in Japan" trip that was scheduled for last year, but this may require a visit to the Orient. *checks mileage points and a certain phone number in Tokyo* Hmmmm. Again, Very, very cool news. ![]() |

This is cool news. Congrats to Mr. Benson. The question now is - will this be enough to persuade EON to film the book?

QUOTE(DLibrasnow @ 14 June 2005 - 10:34) This is cool news. Congrats to Mr. Benson. The question now is - will this be enough to persuade EON to film the book? A veteran 007 in exotic Japanese locations...terrific action...a freakish henchmen rooted in Japanese mythology...a bullet train...two dynamite Bond Girls...a contemporary plot involving bio-terrorism delivered in a completely original and terrifying way... Nah. Let's have a junior James go play cards in Prague. No, really, it will be great because he will fall in LOVE. ![]() |

Well its not entirely going to be about the book. Though it does not mention how big the museum will be. I have been to some "museums" where it is just a room.

This is Totally Rad!
Watching the movie "Lost in Translation" sparked the 'I mist visit Japan' bug in me. Now there's another reason to go... this museum! ![]() |

I'm starting to think of all the continuation novels TMWTRT would make the best film. If I was given a choice by Eon of which novel to adapt into a screenpaly (hey, I can dream, can't I?) TMWTRT might be my top choice (followed maybe by Gardner's For Special Services).
Even if CR is, indeed, "Bond Begins", why not make TMWTRT his second mission. ![]() |

I'd like to get some more info before I would head over there. How big is the museum? I'd be pretty miffed to pay all that money only to arrive and find that the museum was in a small room in the local tourism office.
