Hey Bryce, you alreay have 007's JAG and 007's "secret for now"... why not add "007's Mustang"? ![]() |

Let me know what it's going for. I might be able to scrape together a few dollars and I already drive a Mustang.
Of topic - have you heard anything about the LA Exhibition mentioned in Bondlist? I will definitely make my way up for that. ![]() 009

Discussion is in this thread about the current Bond, James Bond Exhibition and the possibility of it being in L.A. I know as much as you do at the moment.

It's nice because it was a Bond car. I'm not sure I like it as much as the Bullit clone or Eleanor from Gone in 60 Seconds if it was just any other Mustang.
As Bond cars go I love the Aston Martin and I think owning a Lotus would be mighty nice. ![]() 009

True, but cars often look great in the Bond films. I like many of the others more, but this one is very nice. ![]() |

Glor... I think the Mustang will be more than a few dollars, but if you serriously want and update on the car during the auction PM me your phone # and I'll give you a buzz during the auction and you can let me know if you want to place a bid or not.

Speaking of Lotus' ...I think the Lotus from The Spy Who Loved Me is in another car museum in Los Angeles... I've got to check that out.

I'd love the update Athena but you are probably right. I wouldn't be able to scrape up more than about 10-15K and I'm sure the car will go for more than that. The fact that it is a Bond car and I really liked DAF makes it interesting but it's not my favorite Mustand. Barrett Jackson auctions usually command quite a premium. With no reserve you never know though. I probably would have snapped up the Jinx outfit had I known it would go for under $2K.

Nice article Athena. I'm sure the owner wants closer to $30K+ if it topped out at 23 without hitting the reserve. You would definitely have to want the car for its history to pay that much.
