Which will come as a huge surprise to John McLusky I don't know where this information comes from but it is clearly untrue! The Titan release of Octopussy is good to see but again suffers from the poor quality reproduction of the strip when compared to the earlier Titan issue of the stories. Let's hope OHMSS fares better. ![]() Red Grant

That's a direct quote from Titan's own press release. Could the word "feature" be the operative word here, meaning only the Fleming titles? If not, I'll cut that out or add a note of correction. ![]() |

Good info in the article. I'll have to add these to my new Bond book collection. Just completed the start of it with the Penguin re-releases.
Thanks for the info Zencat. Cheers, 4A ![]() |

Well this is interesting, I think it would have been rather cool to see Maud Adams introdcue this book, but either way, I'll buy it.

Just a note of interest: Amazon.co.uk is listing George Lazenby as writing the introduction to OHMSS, along with lots of other goodies to be included. They sure seem to be doing a bang-up job on the extras, too bad they haven't put more time and effort into reproducing the art well.
Bad reproductions, or not, here's to hoping they continue the series this time. ![]() ![]() |

Thanks, clinkeroo. I'll update my story with this info. Also looks like the OHMSS edition will feature YOLT. Because I have the Titan TMWTGG and OP from the '80s, I haven't bought these. But I think that OHMSS is a must. ![]() |

It actually is pretty good Tanger, a bit odd with the introduction of the Taj character, but not that bad so far!

To add Tanger, I just finished The Man with the Golden Gun just now, I really couldn't put it down. I'd never read a full James Bond graphic novel/comic strip, but this was rather excellent. Quite reverent to the original novel, I'm sure The Living Daylights will be great too!

I've recently got into the comics myself Qwerty and have read A Silent Armageddon, Serpent's Tooth, Permission to Die and The Quasimodo Gambit. That's what made me decide to get these but I probably would have got them anyway.
