> A moratorium on political threads

For the next two weeks because we’ve a busy time coming up at CBn, and a new Bond film and a new Bond game to discuss, and because, quite frankly, we’re tired of moderating them we’re going to put a moratorium on political threads for a couple of weeks.

So starting Monday, 10 November and for the next couple weeks after please no political discussion. Any political thread opened or reopened will be closed. Any political post will be removed or edited.

Thank you.

I have noticed that we are only less than a thousand posts from reaching a grand total of 200, 000 posts here on CBn! This I think, shows the true dedication and the many great topics we have to discuss about, and sometimes not tongue.gif James Bond 007.

Although, there are many other James Bond forums on the web, CBn is is the best, I think. This and the staff's great dedication to make the change go smoothly just enhances the idea of the 'best place to discuss Bond.'

It's great to be apart of this wonderful place, where there is always something to talk about, and always great people to talk to.

Hey QWERTY, wouldn't it be great if Pierce resurrected that line in Bond21, but gave it a FIVE letter word?. LOL.

While I believe we're easily pushing the posting milage, it's really the amount of users I want to push. We have heaps of active posters - and for that I'm really thankful. But I'd really love to see the membership hit 3000 come Bond 21.

Too true Daniel.

We've so many people joining but they don't seem to do much posting. I have often wondered how to get these 'dead weight' people to post. confused.gif

I know this sounds really stupid, but how could we become an 'official' Bond Source of Information?. wink.gif

Ok, I'm still taking the tablets. biggrin.gif

I can't understand why people just sign up here and then never post! It makes no sense at all! I completely understand and support your view, Blue Eyes. I think, come Bond 21, that may be a possibility.

To all the guests: Sign up and post! You will enjoy your time here! smile.gif
