Although it was widely speculated that Casino Royale would be released on the Sony Blu-ray DVD format, there was no confirmation—until today.

According to a press release, Daniel Craig’s first James Bond film will ‘will debut on a 50GB dual-layer disc encoded in MPEG-4 AVC’ on 13 March, along with the regular DVD release.
