Daniel Craig's 'Defiance' Set For 6 January UK Premiere

The UK premiere for Daniel Craig’s upcoming war drama Defiance has been set for Tuesday, 6 January 2009.

The James Bond star will walk the red carpet along with co-stars Jamie Bell and Liev Schreiber at the Odeon Leicester Square event in London, which begins around 6:00pm.

In the film, Craig, Bell and Schreiber play three Jewish brothers who escape from Nazi-occupied Poland and join Russian resistance fighters, helping to build a village to protect themselves and help others who are fleeing. Based on true events, the film is directed by Blood Diamond‘s Edward Zwick.
