Young James Bond fans will be pleased to hear the news that Hurricane Gold, the fourth novel in the series by Charlie Higson, has been nominated for a Doncaster Book Award.
The Young Bond Dossier reports that kids from local schools can write reviews and vote for the book of their choice at the official Doncaster Book Awards website.
Voting slips will also be made available next month at the Waterstone’s bookshop in the Frenchgate Centre. The shortlist of titles will be announced in January 2009.
