Return of the Hero, which will air as part of the BBC Four on BBC Two strand, will see Higson interviewed about how his James Bond novels have captured readers’ imaginations and made the genre relevant once again.

The documentary originally aired on BBC Four last Christmas, and makes its terrestrial debut on BBC Two on 17 April at 11:20pm.

For those in the United Kingdom craving more 007, BBC Four on BBC Two is also offering the terrestrial premiere of The Real Casino Royale, in which Andrew Graham-Dixon looks back on Ian Fleming’s life and the path he took to pen his first James Bond novel. The Real Casino Royale will air on BBC Two on 18 April at 11:20pm.
