    By Devin Zydel on 2007-02-01

Casino Royale is slowly coming to an end in theaters, with the premieres in Beijing and Shanghai–the final two locations for the film–having taken place earlier this week.

Daniel Craig discussed a few details about how he takes on the role of James Bond, reports Shanghai Daily.

‘It’s pressure, but it’s good pressure,” says Craig on being compared to past 007 actors. ‘The experience of being cast in such an iconic role in film history is exciting and inspiring.’

‘Bond really falls in love this time. Apart from his courage and strength, we read his sweetness inside. I’m very keen to show people this unknown side. Maybe next time he will appear stronger but with a broken and closed heart.’

‘After taking every job, you just have to give your life to it,’ he says while explaining what the Casino Royale shoot required. ‘I committed myself to it during the six-month shooting. If you don’t get bruised playing Bond, you’re not doing the job properly.’

‘My ambition is to make the movie I like,’ he says. ‘I’m certainly going to try and get as much out of Bond’s aura as I can. This year I will make one or two films out of my personal interest. I just won’t stop working.’
