‘Casino Royale’ becomes the highest grossing James Bond film
Variety reports that Casino Royale has now become the highest grossing James Bond 007 film.
Surpassing the previous record of Die Another Day‘s $432 million, Daniel Craig’s first 007 film has currently earned more than $448 million worldwide.
Casino Royale also passed the $300 million mark for the international box office–making it the 41st biggest international gross of all time. It is only the fourth film of 2006 to do so, the others being Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, The Da Vinci Code, and Ice Age: The Meltdown.
