Daniel Craig Joins Eva Green In 'The Golden Compass'
Reunion of two 'Casino Royale' stars

Empire Online reports that new James Bond Daniel Craig will be joining the cast of The Golden Compass (Northern Lights).
Craig will be playing the role of Lord Asriel in the movie adaption of Phillip Pullman’s His Dark Materials. It is the first installment of a potential trilogy.
It will also be something of a reunion for two stars from Casino Royale, as Craig will be acting alongside Eva Green (Vesper Lynd) once again in the film. Nicole Kidman also stars.
Chris Weitz starts directing the film in the UK on 4 September 2006. The film is set for release on 16 November 2007.
